Description
The devices are manufactured in planar technology with "base island" layout. The resulting transistors show exceptional high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. Figure 1.

The category of second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner box label, in compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97.
