| 33.0 - 35.0 GHz Power Amplifier HBH Microwave GmbH HA8001 General Description The HA8001 is a 1W Q-Band amplifier for high power applications in the 34GHz range. The high gain, good flatness and high output power makes this device an ideal choice as a power amplifier in the frequency range from 33.0GHz to 35.0GHz. Optional pulse control is available with a pulse width of less than 50ns. The device operates from -20C to +55C.
