| GEN I REPLACEMENT DC SPUTTERING POWER SUPPLY KITS INTRODUCTION VPW2870A3, B4 6kW/12kW - 460/480 VAC The Gen I water-cooled 6kW & 12kW power supplies have been discontinued from production since 1990. At this point in time, January 1998, we can no longer service this product. In order to continue to support "Gen I based machines", we have developed Gen I Replacement units derived from our present production models. They have been specifically designed to have the exact same interface as the units they replace. The kit includes all parts required to complete a successful installation. These replacement units are being offered when a Gen I power supply requires repair or the customer wants to upgrade to the new unit.
