| (R) ISL3980 Data Sheet January 2003 FN8055 Power Amplifier The ISL3980 is a monolithic GaAs Power Amplifier designed to operate in the ISM band. It features two low voltage single supply stages which cascaded deliver 21dBm (Typ) output power. In addition, the device includes an integrated power detector which is accurate over a 15dB dynamic range within ()1dB, which can be used to implement an accurate ALC function. The ISL3980 is housed in a 24 lead QFN package.
